6:14-16 Build an ark. – An
assignment only God would understand. Why the precise measurements? Is the
Bible accurate? These measurements with accuracy are a prelude to the
measurements provided about the flood in Genesis 7.
6:17 A flood is coming. – An event only God would understand.
6:18-21 The covenant of God and the ark will deliver you
from the flood. – A covenant only God could make.
6:22 Thus Noah Did according to all that God had
commanded. – The only possible response.
